I have had so much stress the past few years, that I am beginning to think that it is the norm. You are right, I need to find the root of the issues and address them, rather than a quick fix of the symptoms.
i feel stress all the time i really dont know why 🙁 i used to do journaling but now doesnt help as much but exercise does helpme relieve all those feelings, i think i will follow your advice and try journaling one more time mabe evetually will help

I do exercise everyday and drink enough water to manage my blogging stress.
I have had so much stress lately that it has affected my physical well being. I now have muscle pains in my legs and a constant headache that always manifests at the same time everyday – at 2pm. I really have to find time to slow down and relax!
I am always feeling stressed in life and I no longer want it anymore. I need to try some of these tips above.
