- Else, Scroll down to view Members interested in Hiring or Collaborating
- Click on the arrow at the bottom of a Member card to view whether they are looking to Hire or Collaborate.
- Click on the tags at the bottom of a Member card to view all members looking for that particular skill.

How The Member Promotions work :
- If you want to offer a promotion, add it under the Promo Details on your profile.
- Get automatically added to the Member Promotions Page on the website.
- If you are interested in a Member Promotion being offered, either connect directly with the member offering it by sending them a message or
