I am currently writing a historical coloring book for kids, teens, and adults called "Remembering the Women: From Patriots in Petticoats to Presidential Candidates" which profiles over 50 courageous and tenacious women who fought for women's equality over more than two centuries. My goal is to promote awareness of this project www.kickstarter.com/projects/tellingherstories/remembering-the-ladies-a-coloring-book and also find additional illustrators who might want to create a page on one of the women.
In addition to my day job as a Children's Librarian, I am passionate about sharing the stories of fascinating women with audiences of all ages. I do this in two ways - writing and historical impersonation.
