Session 1 contains a simple act to help give you instant relief from stress and anxiety at the moment when you’re experiencing it.
Session 2 is about changing our relationship with stressful and anxious thoughts through meditation.
Session 3 teaches us how to challenge, change and let go of stressful thoughts causing us to worry, anxiety, self-bullying or indecision. In my experience, this exercise is the most powerful tool in eliminating stress and anxiety.
Session 4 is about cultivating compassion and empathy to increase our capacity for forgiveness, connection to others, self-acceptance, and releasing guilt and shame.
